As shown in Exhibit A, this is a fundamental patent with

114 forward citations as of 03/05/2013 (meaning that to

date, 114 subsequent patents have cited the ‘153 patent

as prior art). As of 03/07/2014, the number of forward

citations has grown to 154. Owners of these patents

include pharmaceutical companies, tobacco companies,

and companies in the e-cigarette and vaporizer space.

As shown in Exhibit B, this also appears to be a significant

patent with 95 forward citations as of 03/05/2013
