Through IPIN’s Secure Exit Strategy™, Mr. Masood invested a deposit of £40,500 into a unit in the Brick lane development project. This one-off deposit is typically between 10%-30% of the unit’s value.

Developer goes out of business Your investment can only be accessed by the developer once a Property Deposit Bond or insurance policy has been procured to protect your deposit. In the event of the developer becoming insolvent the bond / policy issuer is obligated to repay your invested deposit.
