Presentation on Cloncurry IOCG Exploration
Minotaur Exploration Limited is close to completing its 2011 joint venture field work on its iron
oxide copper-gold (IOCG) prospects in the Cloncurry district of North Queensland. Diamond
drilling is testing several geophysical anomalies in Proterozoic rocks generally beneath 150m
of Mesozoic cover on the black soil plains north of the Ernest Henry mine. The following
graphic shows the distribution of Minotaur’s 3,500km2 tenement position around Cloncurry.

MEP ASX Release 23 November 2011 2
Today the Company’s Chief Geologist, Mr Richard Flint, will deliver a paper to the Mining the
Isa 2011 Conference at Mt Isa. His presentation, titled Exploration Update for the
Cloncurry area (attached), provides comprehensive technical information concerning the
suite of IOCG targets, the focus of the current field programme in joint venture with the Japan
Oil, Gas and Metals National Corporation (JOGMEC), where the 2011 exploration budget
was recently expanded to $2.37 million.
Andrew Woskett Managing Director Information in the attached presentation that relates to Exploration Results and Mineral Resources is based on
information compiled by Dr A.P. Belperio who is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. Dr
Belperio is a full-time employee of Minotaur Exploration Ltd and has sufficient experience which is relevant to the
style of mineralisation and type of deposit under consideration and to the activity which he (or she) is undertaking to
qualify as a Competent Person as defined in the 2004 Edition of the ‘Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration
