SAKAMI PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

7

• Option to earn 70% in excellent mining jurisdiction of province of Québec

• Sizable land package in an under-explored major structural corridor hosting the Eleonore deposit. The Sakami project covers more than 20 km along the contact between the sediments and the volcanics within the contact zone between La Grande and Opinaca sub-provinces out of this corridor.

• Gold occurrences identified over 10 km so far. Drilled target over only 500 metres long out of the 10 km to this point. Many drill results returned significant Au grade over 20 metres width

• Drill results example: 4.01 g/t A over 22.6m including 7.21 g/t Au over 7m 4.16 g/t Au over 21m including 6.4 g/t Au over 12.67m 2.51 g/t Au over 48.20m including 6.93 g/t Au over 12.00m

• Project is close to infrastructure

• Management team well experimented in project development

• Company aimed to complete an initial resource calculation by year end

The Sakami Property covers approximately 13km of this structures, which is up to 500 metres wide on the property.

To date most of the exploration work has been focused on Zone 25. The mineralized horizon occurs as an antiform-synform pair that plunges moderately to the southwest.

Matamec drilling has intersected it within a surface area of approximately 150 metres by 160 metres, and to a depth of 220 metres.

Investment in infrastructure for hydro power and the Plan Nord program opened accessibility for mining exploration in the James Bay area. The JBGB belt is showing above 100km of gold mineralization potential. The Eleonore Gold deposit with proven & probable reserves of 4,0MMoz attracted major gold producer Goldcorp. The Sakami property as a strike of 23km on the JBGB, this represent the equivalent of owning from the Sigma mine to the La Ronde mine on The Cadillac Gold Belt witch produced overtime above 100MM oz Au.

• Gold-bearing potential.

• 2,114-hectare property is 100% owned by CS Metals.

• Located about 5 km northwest of the "167 extension property", where visible gold mines recently discovered several boulders containing gold, silver, copper and zinc mineralization.

• Plans to do further compilation work on the project and set a work program for the summer of 2015.

• Projects are close to infrastructure

• Management team well experimented in green energy market

• Rapidly advancing the La Loutre project

- 7km by 1km and 2km by 1km high profile graphite target has been identified with potential for large tonnage

- Sampling results up to 22.04%. Systematic sampling program returned average of 5% to 6% Cg on more that 100 samples.

- Those samples are coincident with electromagnetic conductor

- Recent drilling intersect wide high grade graphite mineralization close to surface

100% interest in approximately 4,700 hectares of the Lac des Îles West property adjoining the western border of Timcal’s producing Lac des Îles Graphite Mine. The same geological structures and trends appear to continue on to Strategic Metals’ Lac Des Îles West property. A recent airborne survey has revealed an 8km long by 400m wide anomalous electromagnetic trend along with numerous interpreted NNW coincident structures immediately west of Timcal’s Lac Des Iles Graphite Mine.

Approximately 53km east of Timcal Mine. Easily accessible year round via pave roads and power line at proximity. Recent work done during the summer 2012 exploration program on the property confirmed the presence of a large graphite bearing structure covering an area of approximately 7 kilometers by 1 kilometer with results of up to 22.04% Graphite in multiple parallel zones of 30-50 meters wide. Another area has also been identified covering approximately 2 kilometers by 1 kilometer in multiple parallel zones of 20-50 meters wide, which includes results of up to 18% Graphite. Size of EM target on project suggest high potential for large tonnage deposit near to surface with average grade of 5-6% based on recent sampling completed on property.
