ABS WILL DEVELOP ALGAE OIL

Algae (oil) feedstock for biodiesel will be developed and produced at its 100 acre site near the Augusta Georgia Airport:

Using inexpensive nutrients from waste water and CO2 from our gasifier and digesters we will produce large volumes of algae on a major scale utilizing state of the art photo-bioreactors at our indoor (200,000 square foot) concrete constructed facility.

In 2010 a nearby biodiesel plant will require up to 40 million gallons of feedstock a year and will pay $2.00 to $3.00 USD for that oil.

Electricity not used in the production process will be sold to nearby industrial facilities, identified and are viable users.

Dry Algae product not used to produce electricity will be sold as agricultural fertilizer or animal feed.

Algae Bioenergy Solutions, LLC (ABS) is seeking technology and financial partners to develop a 40 Million gallon a year algae processing plant in Augusta, Georgia.

OBJECTIVESAlgae Bioenergy Solutions, LLC (ABS) is seeking Technology and Financial Partners to develop its processing facility located in Augusta Georgia and take full advantage of:

1. A local available low cost source for nutrients, water, CO2 and labor.

2. Immediate demand for Algae Oil at affiliated Biodiesel Plant.

3. Local demand by Farmers for fertilizer and animal feed.

4. Available to ABS are various tax credits and grants from IRS, DOE and USDA subject to DOE and IRS approval. The project may elect to take a 30% tax credit as a grant payable within 60 days of start of production.

ABS (Algae Bioenergy Solutions, llc) A RENEWABLE ENERGY PROJECT 2010

Editorial

ABS will develop a three to five million gallon algae (oil) (expandable to forty million gallons a year) plant to economically produce feedstock for biodiesel and other products such as ethanol at our 98 acre site near the Augusta Georgia Airport (1660 Dixon-Airline Road). We will use inexpensive nutrients from waste water and CO2 from a gasifier and digesters to produce large volumes of algae on a large scale utilizing state of the art photo bioreactor & alternate system inside and outside our indoor (200,000 square foot) facility. In 2010 a nearby biodiesel plant will require up to 40 million gallons of feedstock a year and will pay for that oil. Dry algae product (approximately 70 percent) will be made into ethanol or sold as agricultural fertilizer or animal feed.

When transportation fuels are compared side-by-side, algae oil-derived fuels offer significant economic, ecological, and safety advantages over petroleum and corn based ethanol. This project is eligible for various tax credits, loans, and grants from IRS, DOE, and USDA. Subject to DOE and IRS approval the project may elect to take the 30% tax credits of construction costs as a grant payable within 60 days of start of production, provided the project begins substantial construction in 2010.

Our plan is to initially create a 1000 sq/ft growing site in the fourth quarter 2010 at an approximate cost of $250,000 to verify scale up processes and then expand over the next six months to a full scale facility capable of producing three to five million gallons of algae oil each year.
