The Dawn of the planet of the apes has an Official YouTube channel that they post things like teasers of the film or trailers. Market Traditional methods include things like posters and billboards put up to make people more aware of the film. We see these in the street and on the side of buses. Also the use of TV Adverts and mini trailers make the audience more excited for the runner up of the film.

The soundtrack is a part of the film that has gained popularity. It’s also available on iTunes for fans and viewers to download.

Twitter is widely popular and Dawn of the Planet of the Apes has their official twitter page to tweet things about the film for the audience. The page is filled up regularly with tweets and links to different trailers, pages and photos to do with the film.

Hashtages is another popular form of marketing because it creates a wider audience and more people become aware of the film. This is the same with Facebook and Instagram. The tweets tend to positive with makes the film popular.
