The aim of the project was to recruit talented and ambitious computer programmers to cooperation with the
companies open to innovative methods of recruitment.
As a part of this project it has been made, for example, a corporate identity, web sites (including landing page
with parallax effect) and a game in HTML5 (based on canvas and sockets, and a chat in a webpage on
WebSockets).
The service has enabled direct communication between users (chat, forum, comments below articles).
As a part of the project its has been created integrations with GazetaPraca.pl and Praca.pl to display job
advertisements from these web pages (access to several dozen thousand advertisements).

As a part of this project it has been created a
graphic design, animation, backend (API) using
the Zend framework, and native application for
the Android system.
Project scope
This application was made using Material
Design, which, at the time of its creation, has
been introduced only in a few applications.
We managed to ensure a backward
compatibility of the application. Despite of
using the latest trends for its installation, it
was not required the newest version of
Android.
This application has been downloaded more than 700,000 times in a Google Play market.

Responsibilities:
- providing adequate performance of algorithms
and infrastructure to support a million hits a day,

- increasing the security of user accounts and system
Actions (some of):
- implementation of monitoring servers (internal and

- optimization of server configuration to make the
best use of resources
- implementation of protection against XSS and
CSRF, verification of scripts for possible use SQL
injection
Results:
- Site uptime at the level of 99.99% (according to
Pingdom.com) despite the regular implementation
of changes and system updates
- The number of hits up to a million a day without
increasing the charge time
- Support of dozens to hundreds of a request per
second for a single server without any delays

As a part of the project they have been prepared
page designs, web pages (using Zend framework),
as well as panels for creating tasks by
methodologists and service personnel of group
sales.
Project scope
Thanks to the tools which are made available to the
company it was possible a cooperation with more
than 300 companies which carry out group sales
from more than 60 countries and automatic
settlement of such purchases. Panels for
methodologists enabled the company to create more
than 5,000 tasks to learn languages. As a part of the
project they have been made a dedicated
integrations with payment systems of Orange and
Play operators, and the systems of these operators
for sending text messages (SMS MO / MT SMS)
using components written in Java.
