LEAD PROFILING: View the complete profile of the customer - linking LinkedIn, Facebook, twitter and other social network profiles of lead. Information such as pages visited by the client, information that is read by the client ensures a total view of customer and his interaction so that sales person will be able to do a better sales pitch.

LEAD SCORING: Identify and prioritize sales-ready leads based on points scored for demographic/ firmographic data and behavioural touch points

LEAD ASSIGNMENT: Create various sales roles and privileges in both horizontal and vertical hierarchy and the lead is assigned to a role. Leads can further be filtered based on the lead scoring set by the various fields in the forms.
