4 words to definite them … Connection : Connecting across all screens, all the time, everywhere. Community : They engage in several distinct groups simultaneously.Creation : Adding something when they think it’s relevant and they can have an impact.Curation : Quenching their thirst for connection by seeking out ‘shareworthy’ content.
But they are also … highly engaged, making purposeful decisions about the way they choose to live their lives.They are motivated by honesty and integrity.They are empowered by technology, living in the moment, always on.And they’re proud to give back more than they take on.

Google is the best exemple about researching Gen C people. This entreprise has been created by Gen C people, for Gen C people. Their management technics, their philosophy and their ability to attract all Gen C people through who they are made about Google the most connected company in the world.
