…The amazon rainforest
The Amazon rainforest has a touching story. It is the largest tropical rainforest in the world and yet it is facing destruction, going down with it’s rare animal population. It stretches 51/2 square kilometres. The Jaguar, which only lives in the forest of India and the Amazon has only a few hundred left in Brazil.

A Brazilian dish made of prawns, tomatoes, onions, coconut milk, palm oil, coriander, garlic, cassava ( a starchy root) and cream. It is usually eaten with rice.
Caldeirada: Made of onion, garlic, green pepper, olive oil, parsley, potatoes, saffron, peppercorns, tomatoes, tomato paste, dry white wine, squid, clams or cockles, water, mackerel or swordfish, white fish, prawns, mussels, coriander and pepper.
