Migration SetupStep 1. Download the extensions

Go to http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/extension/migration-a-conversion/data-import-a-export/cms2cms-automated-drupal-to-j-migration and download the CMS2CMS: Automated J! Upgrade Extensions.



Migration SetupStep 2. Install the Extensions

1. Go to Joomla admin dashboard -> Extensions -> Extension Manager2. Press “Choose File” button and select CMS2CMS: Automated J! Upgrade

Extension. Then press “Upload & Install” Button

Register your CMS2CMS account.

Migration Setup Step 4. Connect Joomla

1. Download Bridge file (zip) to your PC2. Extract it from the zip3. Upload extracted 'cms2cms‘folder to Joomla root directory. It’s the top folder with the

index.php file.

1. Provide current Joomla website URL

2. Press “Verify Connection” button



Then, press “Start migration” button and you’ll be redirected to CMS2CMS website in order to complete your migration

Check the boxes to activate the following migration options:

• Migrate Media - to have images moved• Make URLs SEO friendly - to have internal links formed according to the rewrite rules.• Clear Target website data - delete all content.

Now you are redirected to CMS2CMS.



Migration SetupStep 7. Start Free Demo Migration

You're all set to start your migration. It's recommended to run the free Demo migration to see how the service works.

Note. You can skip this step and start Full migration right away.


Migration SetupStep 8. Start Full Migration

Only one mouse click separates you from the new Joomla website.

After you click 'Start Full Migration', your current website data will be moved to new Joomla.

You'll receive an email notification as soon as the transfer is complete.
