• Major websites: – Google, Facebook, Yahoo!, YouTube, Wikipedia, LinkedIn, NeKlix content caches
– 13.8% of the Alexa Top 1000 – Akamai supports IPv6 (not on by default) – Cloudflare supports IPv6 (on by default, but hosted sites can opt-‐out)
– Please spread the word!

IPv6 – What still needs doing? Mobile Networks – Verizon Wireless and T-Mobile USA are among largest
IPv6 deployments worldwide – Would be great to see more than that, but today, that’s all V6 Content – Top 5 English language websites with IPv6 – Over 13% of the Alexa Top 1000 worldwide
– This needs to be pervasive Consumer Devices/Apps
– All kinds of devices in the home need v6 also. – Applications need to be IP version agnostic
