Data Access ControlAccess control for users, i.e. each user can access only the Data

which they are allowed to access. E.g. A Sales person cannot see Accounts Data & Accounts dept. person cannot see Sales Data.

Enforcing the User to Save all Data only on the Server & not on his PC's hard disk.

Providing limited usage rights to their Data, e.g. A junior sales person ca only see the Data but he is not allowed to Delete any files.

Creating a Department wise Tree structure on the Server, so that the Data can be saved only in the respective department folder. E.g. Entire Accounts data will be in Accounts folder & entire Sales Data will be in Sales folder.

Data Security & ProtectionThis has 2 areas to be covered:

a. Online Security, i.e. Protecting Data from email attachments, FTP uploads & downloads, Data protection from Social Media etc.

b. Physical Data security, i.e. Not allowing data to be copied on Pen drives, DVD writers, etc. But still allowing Data reading, i.e. user can read the data from a pen drive or even a DVD, but She can't Write that data on the Pen drive or even DVD.
