Evaluation

- There will be two questionnaire forms, one as proposed by Nikolaos and one as proposed by Giuseppe.

- Nikolaos’ online questionnaire was uploaded to Teamlan two days ago. It will serve as a quick scan. All

stakeholders of all partners will fill it out. They will provide their name and organisation. Only the system

admin has access to these data. These personal data will only be used if there is a need for follow-up

clarification and to check whether all have filled out the questionnaire. The partners will all fill out the

questionnaire before the last meeting in Athens. Deadline: April 25.

- Giuseppe’s questionnaire will be filled out by all partners, one questionnaire per partner. This

questionnaire will serve as the basis for analysis by Giuseppe. The final version of the questionnaire will

be completed Feb 11. The partners will all fill out the questionnaire in the week after the last meeting in

Athens. Deadline: May 24. Then Giuseppe’s analysis will be ready at the end of June.

Campaign based on social media

- Pelicans will upload a link of dissemination chart where every dissemination activity of each partner will be

mentioned (until February 10)

- The original chart will be enriched by the option suggested by Nikolaos

eLearning platform

- Partners can experiment with Edmodo as a multilingual eLearning platform.

- The website will be added to: (1) By one page local versions that will be accessible by means of the national

flag, (2) [If possible - Nikolaos will investigate] by a one page summary in English and (3) [If possible -

Nikolaos will investigate] by a poster element.

- A static page will be created like a business card on the blog that contains the following: A this is the

project section, partner info and links to the project outcomes: A pdf with the project handbook a link to

the Glossary. A link to the blog will not be necessary since the static page is a part of the blog. Maybe we

could do a short intro on the blog instead.
