2Notifications only to ICANNIf Registry Operator becomes an Affiliate or reseller of ICANN accredited registrar, Registry Operator will give ICANN prompt notice of such contract that resulted in such affiliation or reseller relationship.
All domain name registrations in the TLD must be registered through an ICANN Accredited Registrar. The Registry Agreement does permit limited exceptions to this requirement, such as the names Registry Operator registers to itself or withhold from registration as part of operation of TLD.
