9.What are the system requirements

We follow very strict security and privacy protocols, which are under guidance's of EHR standards of INDIA, HIPPA, HL7. Every record, which we have, is completely owned by the user itself. We by our self do not have any authority to view or share data. It's only the user who is allowed to view and share their data. 10.I don't want my medical records to be shared with anyone; they should be kept secret and should

not be shared without my consent

No, your doctor doesn't need to have an account to view patient's records. The share mechanism is simple, when user shares their records with their doctor; doctor gets a quick link to view the records which is valid only for 24 hours and the link expires after that.

11.Should my doctor also have an account on your portal to access my reports

If any of your report comes from one of our partners then it automatically syncs with the user account. Only the old records, or the reports generated by any medical facility which is not by our partners will need to be updated on our system.

12.Should I upload my current reports? Or my test results from your partners automatically updated

No, the partner lab has no access to any of your personal records. They can view only those records which are generated by them.

13.Can your partner labs access my previous reports

If you get the test done by one of our partners, you don't need to go and collect any of your reports. When the report is ready, it automatically gets synced in the user account from our software and the user will be notified respectively.

14.If I get a test done by one of your lab partners, will I still have to visit them manually to collect my

reports or they'll upload it on your server

All the users who visit our partners, they automatically gets registered with us as users and thus one can view their records on our platform.

15. Are all the reports uploaded on your portal by your partner labs or they upload just the one's

which are registered
