Treatment   If the tumour has spread in to the bladder muscle orthere is development of Cancer in situ removal ofentire urinary bladder ( Radical Treatment Surgery) willbe required. Artificial new urinary bladder has to bereconstructed to provide urine drainage.   In certain situations initial radiotherapy followed byremoval of urinary bladder may be required.
