Client Testimonial

“It was positive to see that IT Works were committed to providing the Trust a complementary training approach

health check based on the experience that IT Works has in Lorenzo training. The health checks, which

consisted of a two day detailed review, and a subsequent report and debrief, was very through in terms of its

review and findings. The IT Works staff that came to site to provide the review and debrief were very

knowledgeable and professional, and were able to understand the project and delivery method with ease.

Overall, it was positive for the Trust to, on the whole, be reassured that the approach that is being taken to

Lorenzo training is correct and thorough. Significant value was obtained by talking the approach through with an

external provider and for challenge and reassurance to be provided. Further, some interesting new ideas were

brought to the table and discussed such as “live coaching”
