I take this opportunity to place on record our heartfelt thanks to you for providing excellent occupational therapy

services to my wife Smt. Rukmani Dadhich. Indeed when Dr. Apurva A. Patel referred the case of my wife to you

after the surgery of fractured wrist, I was not enthusiastic, as visit to NM Medical Centre was inconvenient for us

due to distance from our residence. However, Dr. Patel advised us that the place may be inconvenient but Ms.

Solanki will be most appropriate and right person to do the needful. However on approaching you, for appointment,

I realized Dr. Patel was very right. Your devotion, dedication and commitment to profession and service is far

beyond the normal call of the duty. Despite your busy schedule and involvement in the conference, you went out of

the way and accommodated us and attended the case. Any delay in appointment would have imparted the progress

adversely. Needless to say your expertise and diagnosis is super; your handling of patient is excellent, you are not

only expert of the subject but a nice human being. Your behavior with the patient is so nice that normally a painful

therapy becomes a pleasant exercise. Further, not only your charges are reasonable, you ensure minimum number of

sittings to control the cost. This is uncommon in these days, particularly in metro culture. With your treatment and

guidance, my wife is able to take up all routine work with her entire satisfaction. We are indeed grateful to you for

your kindness and generous help. God bless you. Day is not far off, when you will be the best occupational therapist

of the country.

None the less barring distance on reaching to NM Medical Centre, response was very warm; staff is highly

professional and attends patients with smile!
