EVERY FRIDAY - NCD CLINIC DAYAT SUB-CENTRE LEVEL

• 1.Health Education : Prevention through behaviour change• 2. Early diagnosis:- opportunistic screening of persons above the age of 30 years at the point of primary contact with any health care facility.• 3.Refferal for all suspected &complicated cases to PHC & higher centre• It is Mandadory to conduct Friday NCD camp @ all subcenres.• Medical officer of incharge PHC closely monitor the camp activities of

all field staff. • Sub centre [form-1] & PHC level [form-2]-Reports should be verified

and signed by Medical Officer of I/c PHC.• Report should be sent to Taluka Health Office by 26th day of every

month.
