The “healthy” scene of exhibitions in Erbil welcomed the Fifth International Exhibition for Medical andHealthcare which took place on 26-28 May 2014. The huge demand in Iraq for medical equipment and relatedservices somehow makes Medicare Iraq 2014 a must for all medical institutions, experts and healthcareprofessionals to attend. This year the number of visitors was clearly higher than past years, due to manyreasons. One of the major reason’s for the success of Medicare Iraq 2014 is that the government is laying outspecial funds for hospitals and medical institutions for expansion purposes. These funds surely provide theneeded oxygen for growth and modernization of hospitals on all levels.
Add to all the above, the persistent interest of global companies in investing and finding their market sharewithin Iraq. For that, lots of companies from all around the globe exhibited their products this year atMedicare Iraq 2014, establishing connections with doctors, buyers, hospitals, and professionals in the field.The feedback of those companies was highly positive and many of them expressed their interest inparticipating in next year’s exhibition, in order to market further their products and medical equipment.
Healthcare professionals will also have a chance to attend the Iraq Medicare Baghdad (1-3 December 2014)taking place at the Baghdad International Fair Ground in Baghdad, Iraq.
