4 CHOOSING YOUR OWN ATTORNEY

Ifyouchooseyourownattorney,promptlysendthefollowingtoTMLTtoexpeditethepaymentprocess:• copiesofalllegalexpenseinvoicespertainingtothedefenseoftheclaim—thelegalorauditexpensesshouldbeitemizedonanhourlybasisshowingtheservicesprovided,thetimeincurred,andthehourlyrate;

• copiesofallpaymentsmadetotheattorneyorlawfirmrepresentingthepolicyholderinthematter;and

• acopyofthedispositiveletterdescribingthefinaloutcomesotheclaimcanbeclosed.
