Read every possible piece of literature to identify how the procedure works, potential pitfalls before and after the
procedure, and whether the procedure is right for you or not.
Find relevant pictures that illustrate the best results and visit the clinic's personally before deciding.
Consult with the surgeon, describe to him your problem, and ask for some advice. Maybe he'd offer
you a non-surgical procedure with great results.
During the consultation phase, make sure pricing and insurance coverages are fleshed out. Many policies have stipulations against cosmetic procedures, unless they are
specifically to remedy a disorder or treat burn victims.
