● You learn things faster after taking a good amount of sleep. E.g. a language such as Spanish, French.
● Your brain performs better after adequate sleep.
● Lack of sleep results in gain of weight up till 2pounds in a week.
● Snoring is common usually among men but it does not harm you in any way.
Sleeping better means living a healthy and active life. Sleep deprivation affects the brain in multiple ways that can impair judgment and slow reaction.
