Who is FIT by Design ?Our Mission:Emphasizing personalized medicine, emerging concepts, and the latest technologies to improve human performance and promote active and healthy lifestyles.

The FIT by Design leadership Team:Native to Baltimore the son of a Marine working for NASA and Nurse with a PHD in education. Both graduates of Morgan University. The roots in this community are strong and the drive to succeed part of his DNA. As a youth, sports and athletics grabbed his attention early.

Dr. Bowser received his bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in Princess Anne, Maryland and his medical degree from the College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in Des Moines, Iowa. He completed his Podiatric/Orthopedic residency at the FDR Veteran's Administration Hospital in Montrose, New York and his Podiatric Surgical residency at Liberty Medical Center/Bon Secours Hospital/Mercy Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. He operated a private practice for 14 Years and joined Erickson Health Medical Group of Maryland at Oak Crest in February 2006 seeing over 6000 patients/year and driving highest podiatric revenues in the company.

His love of technology was the motivation for expanding his horizons and served a Podiatric consultant for SOLS, the first 3D printed custom orthotic. He assisted with the design and function of process as an Early Adopter. He was the first Podiatrist certified to prescribe SOLS in the Maryland. In 2014, Dr. Bowser served as Medical Director at HyperHeal Hyperbarics, responsible for the oversight of treatment protocols for all HBOT/Wound-Care as well as physician relationships.

Sole Support DBA 3DFootDr was founded by Dr. Bowser in 2014 and has become Sole Support DBA FIT by Design in 2015. This business is the catalyst that aligns his work with his passion, Myometrics and Biomechanics Analysis. Establishing an all-in-one research-grade lab for biomechanical assessment.

The FIT by Design leadership Team:A native to Louisiana, Ms. Pierre is from humble beginnings raised with a strong sense of self and a fierce work ethic. Rene entered the work force at 15 years of age working for her father as an account manager for the familys vending machine business. Success began to take shape for her as a champion of her high school speech and debate team helping her to earn an academic scholarship to Seton Hall University. During her time there she discovered her early business experience would be the niche she would use to develop her career.

Rene Pierre is Partner and COO for Sole Support DBA FIT by Design responsible for operational development. Prior to joining Sole Support, she worked in Project Management, Customer Experience, operational development and improvement. Notable is her four years as Manager of Client Services and Solutions for Constellation, an Exelon Company where she directed the Senior Customer Service Team and Account Managers.

Renes greatest strengths are her creativity, drive, interpersonal skill and leadership. She thrives on the opportunity that comes with challenges, particularly those that require innovation and strategy. With over 19 years of business experience, she has a high level of commitment to exceeding customer initiatives, implementing performance improvements, and seeing the opportunities that drive a business forward. Her most recent project is establishing RAPierre Consulting and Phenix Coaching where she is able to pursue her passion for helping others realize their potential and achieve success.

Rene was given the honor of VIP Woman of the Year in 2014 for outstanding excellence and dedication to her profession and achievement of women.

Biomechanics ServicesFIT by Design specializes in evidence based biomechanics. We use high throughput technology, myoPressure, myoVideo, and biofeedback to understand gait biomechanics, alignment abnormalities, and range of motion to assist in human performance enhancement and injury prevention. We pinpoint small perturbations that are normally missed in a visual evaluation which allows us to provide a detailed analysis that enables the athlete and their coaches to reinforce positive movements and make movement corrections where needed enhancing overall performance and preventing injury.

FIT by Design has the ability to measure performance of sports equipment (i.e. shoes, pads, etc.) and their impact to the athletes gait, and range of motion. This allows a unique perspective on the most effective equipment for the athlete in particular as it relates to lower extremity biomechanics and athletic gear.

Biomechanics Services2D Video Gait Analysis: This technology enables us to look at gait in multiple planes of motion, break down the cycle frame by frame, and use on-screen measurements to make a detailed assessment of the clients form in order to identify movement abnormalities.
