- Each implementing partner has a user interphase

- Users have varying rights depending on the nature of their role in M&E (i.e data entry, data cleaning, report writing, report approval & submission)

Conclusion and recommendations

The web- based platform improves efficiency and ensures quality in reporting and implementation of a multi-level program.There is and opportunity to explore how this platform can work in complementarity with other digital reporting gadgets like mobile phones and PDAs.
