STAFF EDUCATION & TRAINING
CCHIS has been given AHIMA ICD-10 CM/PCS Trainer approval. CMS guidelines and assistance in mapping conversion of ICD-9 CM/PCS codes to ICD-10 CM/PCS codes using General Equivalence Mappings (GEMs) is available.
CCHIS will educate all clinical and non-clinical staff on clinical documentation improvement, coding guidelines/methodologies, and all other issues that affect coding and reimbursement.
CCHIS offers education and training in CPT/HCPCS codes assignment. The complexity of surgical procedures is made easy through hands-on training.®
