Whole Body Cryotherapy is not simply a faster version of an ice bath. The Body’s reaction to
low temperatures while submerged in an ice bath (7°C/45°F) is radically different from its
reaction to cryo temperatures (lower than -110°C/-166°F) in the cryosauna.
Whole Body Cryotherapy can be used for pain management, full body fitness, muscle
damage and recovery, arthritis, physical therapy, weight loss etc.,

even slow signs of aging. Freezing temperature send the body into a Survival Mode which
causes blood supply to flow to the most vital organs to relay more oxygen and nutrients.

sometimes can leave the tissue affected with unusual sensations, such as numbness or tingling,
or with redness and irritation of the skin. These effects are generally temporary.

Massage Therapy is more than relaxing me-time. Studies continue to prove the physical,
and emotional benefits of even a single massage therapy session. As the number of proven
health benefits grows, so do the number of Americans who turn to Massage Envy for a more
balanced lifestyle.
Physical Therapy and Compression Therapy:
Physical Therapy involves the illnesses, or injuries that limit a person’s abilities to move
and perform functional activities as well as they would like in their daily lives. Physical
Therapists help injured or ill people improve their movement and manage their pain. These
therapists are often an important part of the rehabilitation, treatment, and prevention of
patients with chronic conditions, illnesses, or injuries.
Compression Therapy means wearing socks or stockings that are specially designed to
support your veins and increase circulation in your legs. The socks or stockings are normally
worn in the morning upon arising, and removed at night. Throughout the day the compression
they provide prevents blood from pooling in leg veins, thereby helping overall circulation and
diminishing any leg swelling you may have.
