Suggestion for the clinical

implementation of NIPT in Denmark

• Maintain combined first trimester risk assessment

• Second-line screening test for high-risk group

Risk > 1:300 CVS / AC or NIPT

• Screening test for intermediate risk group

Risk 1:300-1:1000 NIPT

Risk < 1:1000 no further testing
