PDHPE is important for primary school as it promotes physical activity and allows students to learn how to lead healthy and active lifestyles that can be maintained in later life.

PDHPE ALLOWS STUDENTS TO VALUE AND UNDERSTAND THEMSELVES AS INDIVIDUALS AND ALLOWS THEM TO BE ABLE TO TAKE CONTROL OVER THEIR OWN LIVES.

Pdhpe allows students to make informed decisions about issues that may affect their life and the life of others around them. These decisions may lead to effective and responsible action.
