We all have different fitness goals. Maybe you
want to lose a few pounds, fit into your
favorite clothes or run your first marathon.
Here are some tips on remaining fabulously
fit and getting the absolute best results from your personal training sessions.
The most important date in your calendar is your personal
plan for exercise.
Make sure your Personal Training plan is well
rounded and includes what you need. That means
Cardiovascular training, Resistance Training and
Flexibility work.
Plan your meals and have what you need on
hand. Make sure you eat breakfast.
Keep water next to you all day
long. Keep drinking water to avoid hunger that
is really thirst.
Whatever fitness goal you set for yourself is doable. We promise. All it takes is a plan, commitment and knowledgeable support
when you need it.
