What Are High GL Carbs?GL stands for Glycemic Load, which is an indication of the impact on your blood sugar.

High GL carbs include: Potatoes White bread White rice

for breakfast I started making a smoothie every

morning for breakfast My breakfast smoothie helped me

completely eliminate many of the high GL carbs in my diet

fruits and vegetables each day Whenever I was hungry I would snack
