• Cosmetic surgeons begin with wider cannulas and then use smaller ones to finish the procedure and achieve a natural appearance.

• Due to the skin’s elasticity, it closes around the removed fat tubes. Unfortunately, the use of fistulas sometimes results in a ridged look due to the uneven removal of fat with cannulas.

• Ultrasonic frequencies emitted by a special metal probe literally melt the patient’s fat, which creates a more natural body contour.
