Eating well can lead to improved vision. !

Protein is also important so stock up on nuts and beans.
Don’t Smoke
Quitting smoking is difficult but here’s another reason to try. !
Smoking increases the risk of getting cataracts, optic nerve damage, and macular degeneration.
Protect your eyes with sunglasses that protect your eyes from UV
rays.!!
UV rays can lead to macular degeneration and cataracts.!
