for your taste preferences to change as yourbody gets older, but you should not let thatstop you from maintaining a healthy diet.

help you to combat some of the effects of oldage, such as melancholy.

energy for other things that you do havecontrol over.
There are many things you can do tominimize the effects of age on your body.No matter which ones you decide to try,make sure you focus on remaining fit.
