shape, no matter your age.

Drink Water

Stay hydrated and drink lots of water. Notonly will staying hydrated help you to

refresh the cells in your body, but it will alsohelp to keep your skin looking and feeling

young.

Exercise Daily

Whether you feel fit and active or not, do notlet a single day go by where you fail to achieve

some type of fitness goal.

Even if you can only manage a five minutewalk or 15 jumping jacks per day, exercising

daily is the best way to ensure your bodyages well.

Eat Healthy

No matter how old you get, do not forget tomaintain a healthy diet. It is very common

for your taste preferences to change as yourbody gets older, but you should not let thatstop you from maintaining a healthy diet.

Laugh Often

No matter how you feel, try to stay happy bylaughing often. Staying in a good mood can

help you to combat some of the effects of oldage, such as melancholy.

Laughing often can also help to improveyour overall outlook on your fitness goals

and life.

Don't Sweat theSmall Stuff

Stress weakens the body and kills. It is notuncommon for one to spend their days

worrying more and more as they get older.
