We let them know that‘s a ‘D-’ grade and they should score at least 40,000.
To increase their score (and protection), they should:
1. Avoid tobacco smoke
2. Maintain the proper weight
3. Reduce stress and exposure to environmental damage (pollution, UV, etc.)
4. Eat 7-9 servings of fruits & vegetables daily
5. Take a quality nutritional supplement
