What is Orthodontics?

Fixed Appliance. a mechanical device cemented to the teeth or attached by adhesive material, for changing the relative positions of the teeth.

Removable Appliance . An appliance that is not fixed to teeth, but can be removed by the patient.

Orthodontic Appliances Types

Braces. Braces are the mechanism we use to “get a

handle on the teeth. used to align and straighten teeth.
