CASE REPORT
A 30 yrs male presented with complaints of• giddiness • Palpitations• Heart burn and indigestion• Decreased vision (Rt eye) with floaters
PAST HISORY15 Yrs back diagnosed as systemic sclerosis with h/o• shiny hard skin (hand)• Blue fingers on winter mornings
2000Bilateral renal calculi
2003Jaw swellingSurgery for calcinosis (thrice)
2005Ankle and shoulderjt pains Asymmetrical,Morning stiffness +RF +kept on steroids
Treated for hypertension
Epistaxis and bleeding gums
EXAMINATION
• Bilateral parotid swelling
Thin lips
TELANGIECTASIA
Hands showing • tight shinyskin,• sclerodactyly• thickening of extensor
tendon sheath
CALCINOSIS
MUSCULOSKELETAL SYSTEM
Stiffness at hip,knee,lower spine
Ophthalmic examination
Visual acuity Right eye Left eye
Without correction
