vegetables or fruits.
Sleep Enough
If you do not sleep sufficient your metabolism slows down. You need at least 8 – 9
hours sleep a day.
Have Breakfast Wisely
The trouble is that the majority people eat foods in breakfast which are full sugar.
Simply, they eat too many carbs. Instead of that eat meals which are full of protein and
healthy fats. Eat ham, eggs, bacon with veggies. Drink milk and homemade juices.
Eat 3 hours before Going to Bed
This is major mistake all busy working people do. When we sleep, the metabolic rate is
slower. This means if you eat earlier going to bed your body accumulates the
unnecessary nutrients and transforms it to body fat. If you go to sleep at 10, eat before

Eat Slowly
It has been proved that those who eat quicker take in extra foods than the ones who do
not. Take time to chew your meals completely. It has positive effects on your digestive
system and the nutrients can assimilate better.
Drink Water
Cold water helps to boost the metabolic rate of your body. This way it burns extra
calories. Green tea is an additional alternative as it contains ingredients which support
fat burning.
Eat lots of Vegetables
If you like to eat sandwich, a hamburger or something like that, you should stuffed with
greens such as tomatoes, cucumbers, paprika etc. Fresh fruits and vegetables are very
vital parts of your diet. Tomatoes are particularly good since they contain extraordinary
substances, which control hunger. Use only a small mayonnaise, ketchup etc., they are
full of calories.
Set Achievable Goals
It is vital to have small, medium and lengthy goals. But you should always set ones
which you can accomplish. If you set goals that are too tough and you fail, the
motivation goes away effortlessly.
