Ingredients Cabbage 5 Kg PineappleRock saltcaraway seeds.Weighing scaleVegetable shredder Knife & boardMixing bowls largeHarsch crock or Fido Jar

Peel all the cabbages and pineapple

Cut the cabbage into four pieces

For healthy Sour Cabbage

Oxygen Very to none

Temperature 18-24

Salt 2-3%

pH < 4.6%
