What is your biggest weakness? Handling pressure when lots of things happening, all

at once and speaking in front of large groups.

What are your strengths? Commitment - Following through on everything being

promised. To the best of my record this is how I grew the business to what I was when I sold it.

What is most important to you? My family is everything. Its not all about money $$$.

Do you consider your self successful. Yes very, because of family and friends. We have done

very well at business which was a bonus. We have liked being honest and helping people on the way. I believe in morals.

How do you evaluate success? Most people think money, I think family and friends

and just being comfortable in always. Money doesn't bring you happiness.

What division have you most regretted? Not commiting more to my schooling, it would have

help me with the business

Are you willing to learn no matter how difficult it is? Definitely as learning is knowledge. More knowledge

is more power.

What is your biggest accomplishment? Family and building up a successful from 0-15 million

dollars in a year.

Is there any advice that you could give me? Study hard at school, look after people and I think this

will help weather you are financially ok or not. It should make you successful.
