Additionally, MER has negotiated discounted rental car rates with Hertz, Alamo, and National. All airfare and rental car reservations must be made directly with the respective airline or rental company. Please call MER at 800-421-3756 to get the desired MER discount code. Please do not book airfare until registration and hotel reservations are confirmed.
Conference registrations must be accompanied by payment. We cannot confirm your course registration until payment is received.

Cancellation PolicyIf you are unable to attend and are forced to cancel or transfer your registration, a full refund is given for cancellations made within one week from the date you register for a conference. Cancellations/transfers made after one week from your registration date and prior to one week before the course start date are non-refundable; however, they may be credited toward a future MER registration minus a non-refundable $50 fee. The credits expire one year from the date of cancellation.
If you are unable to attend the program you registered for and/or do not notify MER by one week before the course start date, your entire registration fee will be non-refundable.
DisclaimerA portion of your room rate will be applied to offset the cost of the food and beverage served during the meeting to participants only. This includes daily breakfast and morning coffee breaks during meeting hours for registered attendees.

MER’s Green InitiativeLike you, MER believes it is important to conserve and protect the natural resources we have been given. In 2013, we are taking steps toward being more ecologically friendly. The most noticeable change for our attendees will be the provision of take-home flash drives containing all materials presented in the conference.
