About the bicep curlThe bicep curl is one of the most popular exercises when it comes to exercise, but is often performed incorrectly While you want your client to get the most out of their exercise, the main reason to demonstrate correct form is to prevent injury. After this tutorial, you should be comfortable with demonstrating a bicep curl as well as incorporating the bicep curl with an exercise regimen.

Key areasElbows- keep pinned by the side of the body

Wrist- keep wrist locked in a straight line

Back- keep straight and free from curving

Arms- full extension right before locking elbows

When it comes to any exercise, the most important issue is safety. For this reason, providing the information to the clients on correct form of the exercise is crucial. It protects the client from being injured and protect you, the trainer, from lawsuits.

PracticeFor practice, work with a client on their bicep

exercises. As you know, repetitive exercises lead to burnout clients, so make it different. Select 3 exercises with 3 different types of weight equipment to assign to the client and make sure proper form is used in all exercises.
