How it all startedOur mission started in 1992, when the founders discovered that mainstream products often contained the same potentially harmful ingredients as found in chemical formulations.

In response, Neways began manufacturing safety-conscious alternatives.

Working from a kitchen table, they began the process of developing a range of products that contained only safety-conscious, effective ingredients, pioneering a new way of thinking and a new awareness of the ingredients contained in the products that we take for granted every day.

Today, those core principles are still the foundation on which Neways continues to build its business.

Neways formulates, manufactures, and distributes over 200 different products in three major categories and markets them in 28 countries:

Where we are today

The headquarters of Neways is in Utah in the United States, where the company owns its own research and development laboratories, filling and production plant, and warehousing and logistics facilities.

Neways’ proprietary aseptic processing technology for almost all its liquiceutical products differentiates Neways’ products from all the others, through a process of ultra-high-temperature flash heating and cooling, called Max Flash technology.

In November 2006, Neways was acquired by Golden Gate Capital, an extremely successful and secure private equity investor based in San Francisco in the United States. Golden Gate has made further investments in Neways and is pursuing a strategy for significant expansion throughout Europe.

With Neways operating from a centralised regional office in Brussels and shipping and warehousing based in Venlo, Holland, Europe is now a major target for Neways’ growth and further investment from 2010 onwards.

Working closely with the Direct Selling Association, existing markets such as the UK, Germany, Ireland, Belgium, and Hungary will be strengthened by the formal opening of France and Switzerland during 2010, with all other EU countries also open for business.

The quickest way to the customerNeways relies on word-of-mouth recommendation and supplies products direct to the customer or distributor, who buys direct at the wholesale price. The money saved by not advertising and on other overheads is then paid back to distributors in commissions, earned by recommending the products to other people who buy. By opening an account as a Neways distributor, these people can, in turn, buy direct and recommend Neways products to others and receive commissions direct from the company.
