This powerpoint presentation talks about 'what is Pocket Psychology?' and why it was developed. I started out designing a tool for athletes/coaches and sport psychologists, then an Uncle suggested that 'regular people' might benefit from general psychology tracks, and then a counselling psych colleague suggested her clients might like something more health-oriented. I was encouraged to add spoken words to the music and printed words on the series, so now at least those without screens or the facility to view video can at least hear the words and music and still benefit from the tracks. It's really inexpensive - I wanted to make something that was accessible to everyone!
