Pendant(AutoAlert)What it does: The pendant includes a button that a person can push when they need help. The AutoAlert option includes multiple sensors that detect falls and an intelligent alarm feature that will call for help when the person cannot get up from a fall on their own within 30 seconds.

What it is used for: The wearer can push a button if they have experienced a fall, medical issue or other emergency and need help. The AutoAlert option will automatically place a call for help if the person is unable to get up or push the button within 30 seconds.

CommunicatorWhat it does: The communicator works with your existing telephone to provide a direct, two-way connection to Lifeline.

What it is used for: The communicator will place a call to Lifeline if a fall is detected and the user doesn’t get up or push the button within 30 seconds. It acts like a speakerphone, allowing Lifeline staff to assess your situation.
