Who are we? Cheryl Russell lives with MS. Megan Weigel is a Nurse Practitioner whose specialty is MS care. Big Fish Power Yoga opened its heart and doors to possibility, and oMS Yoga started to grow. 7. Cheryl: It has been amazing to watch our students get stronger week by week, stepping out of their comfort zones to challenge themselves. Their determination and courage is very inspiring! I love that I have been able to introduce a passion of mine to a community I have a personal connection with and look forward to continuing to grow and expand this program! 8. Megan: Our students have formed a strong community of support For one another, both on and off their mats. Teaching yoga for MS is the most rewarding thing that I have done in nursing/medicine.
