Most Common reason for AV graft failure: Venous obstruction from intimal hyperplasia Early failure => technical Late failure => intimal hyperplasia on venous

side.

Lower extremity Fasciotomy: Incise 2 cm posterior to the tibia medially

Opens superficial posterior space. Soleus muscle then incised longitudinally to open deep posterior space.

2nd incision on anterior / lateral leg 2 cm anterior to fibula. going after anterior and lateral compartments.

Superficial peroneal nerve injury would cause decreased eversion of foot.
