fulfilling LCong, I would really like to thank each

and every delegate for making this conference

worth the experience. The conversations and

thoughts that I got to share and take back from

the conference have only inspired me and

pushed me to achieve my dream with more

passion and attention. Everyone of you felt the

power of AIESEC and now its time for you to

make the world believe that. So keeping it

short, I just have a few words to share with you

all, and I would really want you all to connect

the dots and have meaningful conversations

with the EB and myself: DREAM. PASSION.

1. Introducing Global Leaders Programme for AIESEC in Kolkata MEMBERS ONLY! Yes,we launched this campaign at LCong with the details being: First 5 members to register for an oGCDP internship get the admin fee fully subsidized (Yes, that costs Rs 9000/-, which is now free!) and the next 5 get the admin partly subsidized (they pay just the recon amount = Rs 4000/-). We already have 3 AIESECers raised, 7 more to go! Register before 20th of April to avail the offer! :)

OGCDP

Hey AIESEC!Greetings from the oGCDP department!

After the April Local Congress, 2013 the Department is really inspired and working hard to achieving its targets.

This week 4 of our EPs got matched to countries like Indonesia, Egypt and Philippines.We have also got a stall at the Career Fair, which is at the Ice Skating Rink from the

13th to 15th- where we are promoting GEP.

IGCDP

Greetings from the iGCDP department. After experiencing an amazing Local

Congress 2013, the entire department is strongly motivated to work. A department

meet had been called on the 12th of April, 2013 followed by a department chill. The

department is mainly working towards meeting it's matching targets. Preparations

are being taken to promote Matching Mania, so that the department can easily

match and also several Matching Mania's are being attended. The appointments

and callings are also in process.

OGIP

oGIP had its department meet where focus was kept on raising. The department

LCong delegates learned and enjoyed a lot and also shared their experience with

others. We are trying to pitch our targets and make synergized plans for Q2

members were given more information on how to raise and go about for

appointments.

IGIP

Greetings from i - GIP Department. L-Cong was a brilliant experience.

Although we are lagging behind in our targets but we are working hard to

match up to the mark. For improved results our market has been divided

industry wise. Account managers will take the work forward.

IMGreetings from the IM department! The department made posters for oGCDP Promotions, Matching Mania and Recruitments. Also, an exclusive video for Matching Mania is being made. April Local Congress output is being worked

upon.

BDGreetings from most progressive department. Congratulations to each and every

department and there members after a amazing LCONG delivered we would like to

thank ASTITVA, OCP, THE ALCHEMISTS, CIM CREW and MOST IMPORTANTLY

VAIBHAV TOSHNIWAL. after a good start we are looking for a couple of events in

next quarter.

MGreetings from the Marketing Department. After a brilliant LCong, the department

is now focused on achieving all targets. We are grateful for being recognized for

our efforts at the Local Congress. We would like to congratulate Vivek Agarwal,

Shreyansh Rohatgi and Pragya Agarwal for getting the Best Member Marketing,

Best Delegate and Best Member AIESEC awards respectively and congratulate all

the other departments and members for their respective awards.

I have been talking to some of you and a lot of you have been expressing dis-satisfaction with the way things are going in your lives (family issues, college exams, IPCC) and in general Q1 achievement, hence I just wanted to share something from my personal experience as LCP. When my team started as Astitva all we had was an extremely strong purpose of evolving AIESEC Kolkata to what it deserves to be. I truly believe the love for this entity above selfish reasons and ego is what has driven us to do everything that we are doing today and of course the journey has not been easy. In fact it has been extremely hard with a highest highs and the lowest lows but we never lost focus as a team and because of that today I am sure, that AIESEC Kolkata is ready to deliver the biggest summer ever in each and every program and I am extremely confident of that. DOING and WORKING is above everything else. We all face issues, but to deliver professionally is something you cannot compromise on and you need to ensure that that is team culture you build in each and every team you are a part of. I truly believe, focus to deliver is essential and will never be affected by anything at all if your purpose to deliver is your entity. Again, I would love to have conversations with you regarding the same anytime between 11pm-2am. :)
