A 10-years-old women.The patient was referred to us for the assessment of a pimented lesion had appeared on the nipple 3 months previously.

Examination revealed:A pigmented lesion, not clearly defined, associated to a slight papillomatous surface, located on the right half.No lesions on the areola.
